Minimum System Requirements (addendum to standard Terms and Conditions of Sale)

 

If you enter into an agreement with The PC Support Group (PCSG) to provide Services (as defined in our Terms and Conditions) then you are required to have the following minimum System specifications for PCSG to provide the Services:

  • in respect of a PC: Windows 10, 8Gb RAM, 1.4Ghz processor, 20Gb free hard disk space, 2Mbps upload and 10Mbps download internet connection, recognised up to date antivirus software;

  • in respect of a server: Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 24Gb RAM, 2GHz processor, 40Gb free hard disk space, 2Mbps upload and 10Mbps download internet connection, recognised up to date antivirus software, hardware warranty;

  • in respect of Apple Macs: OS X Big Sur, 1.4GHz Dual Core Processor, 8GB RAM, 10GB free hard disk space, 2Mbps upload and 10Mbps download internet connection, recognised antivirus software

If you enter into an agreement with The PC Support Group Ltd (PCSG) to provide Services (as defined in our Terms and Conditions) then you are agreeing to PCSG’s use of the suppliers in the PCSG sub-processor list for PCSG to provide the Services.
