The PC Support Group recently welcomed Regional Directors to their annual Directors day at the company’s Head Office in Liverpool.
The day gave an opportunity to connect with colleagues across the country, share best practices and success stories.
The annual event began with opening remarks from Phil Bird, Managing Director of The PC Support Group, who provided highlights and an overview of the last 12 months and plans for the upcoming year.
The day also featured a series of small group breakout sessions and presentations by guest speakers on marketing, delivering five star customer service and finance.
“Despite the harsh economic climate, the company has grown significantly over the last few years and we have ambitious plans for continued growth. Our Directors day provided a valuable opportunity for our Directors across the country to come together and update on the business and exchange ideas” said Phil. “As a company, it’s important to have these forums to focus on both professional and personal growth, and we were pleased to see an enthusiastic response to the event from our Directors. We had a productive meeting, and as always it was great to get together with the whole national team.”
