MSP-Mentor 501 – Top 501 Global Managed Service Providers 2018
The MSP 501 identifies the World’s most forward-thinking MSPs and leading trends in Managed Services. It is the first, largest and most comprehensive ranking of managed service providers worldwide. This year Channel Futures received a record number of submissions. Applications poured in from Europe, Asia, South America and beyond.
50 Best Managed IT Companies Winner (December 2017)
This is an award of excellence to recognise the 50 VARs or MSPs, who run the best managed companies. The winner is identified as an organization that has all of the important business practices to be successful.
Applicants underwent an in-depth process consisting of nearly 200 questions covering 12 different areas of the business to demonstrate the quality of their staff, technology and processes. Eight judges then reviewed and audited each applicant with the top 50 best scores winning.
We are extremely proud to have won this award in recognition of our business practices and performance. The application process was quite lengthy, but extremely worthwhile as it allowed us to take time to actually evaluate our business management strategy, both from where we are now and to where we want to be in the future.
The award is testament to the hard work our team put in on a daily basis to provide our customers with the exceptional service levels they have come to expect.

The top MSP 501 companies ranked in the 2017 list included organisations from around the world and from diverse technology backgrounds. The resulting list is the IT channel’s largest and most comprehensive list of leading managed service provider organisations worldwide.
To qualify for the 2017 MSP 501, MSPs were asked to submit confidential applications complete with their 2016 financial results and the companies showcased on the final list represent the most agile, flexible and innovative organisations in the industry.

‘Most Loved’ IT Support Company In The UK (Feb 2012)
The poll which was carried out between the 1st-14th February asked businesses and individuals to vote for their favourite companies. The PC Support Group came out top in ‘the most loved Computer Services and IT Support’ category as well as being one of the top 30 loved companies in Britain across all the categories.
Top 50 IT Service Provider in EMEA – MSP Mentor (Feb 2012)
Nine Lives Media and MSPmentor, who compile the rankings, congratulated The PC Support Group for its leadership position within the EMEA market. Five companies were shortlisted and The PC Support Group was awarded ‘Best Technology Service’.
This award was particularly special as the majority of the votes were cast by our existing customers.
National Customer Service Awards (Oct 2009)
The National Customer Service Awards celebrate the effort and impact of excellent customer service on the customer and business.
Businesses from any industry can enter so it was a huge honour to gain recognition for the computer support industry, an area not exactly renowned for great customer service.
The award in which The PC Support Group was praised recognised where technology has directly improved customer service delivery, provides real business benefits and shows system adoption across the entire customer service function.
Best SME IT Solution – Channel Network Awards (Oct 2008)
The Channel Network Awards are regarded as the Oscars of the IT Industry. The Awards have developed an undisputed reputation which is why being nominated is a huge accolade in itself.
The PC Support Group was one of only four companies shortlisted in the hotly contested SME IT Solution category.

The PC Support Group are one of the first companies to be bring corporate quality support to small businesses and home users.
